- I'm Dan and I work at the ELTU in Leicester. I used to live in Thailand so I love cooking Thai food but I hate washing up afterwards. I also used to live in Libya. I can't cook Libyan food but I would love to learn. In my free time I follow Leicester Tigers Rugby Club - I really like going to the home games because they (nearly) always win.
